UX Designer

Skills:

·         User Research & Analysis:

·         Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights.

·         Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows based on research findings.

·         Analyze user data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

·         Interaction & Visual Design:

·         Design user-centric interfaces for Web and Mobile.

·         Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma

·         Maintain consistency in design through style guides, Design Systems, and component libraries.

·         Collaboration & Communication:

·         Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure designs align with technical constraints and product goals.

·         Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

·         Advocate for the user experience within cross-functional teams.

·         Usability Testing & Iterations:

·         Organize and conduct usability tests to validate design assumptions and optimize user experiences.

·         Use feedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.

·         Continuous Improvement:

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.

·         Continuously improve design processes, efficiency, and user outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-focused environment.
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma.

·         Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and synthesizing findings.

·         Knowledge of UX Design Principles and Human-Cantered Design.

·         Solid understanding of Web and Mobile platform design standards and guidelines.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

·         A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UX principles and the design process (wireframes, prototypes, etc.).

·         Experience in Mobile App Designing is a plus.
