Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Release Management:

•              Own and drive the release lifecycle – from planning to deployment.

•              Define release scope, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

•              Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth, automated deployments.

•              Monitor CI/CD pipelines, feature flag deployments, and rollback strategies.

 

Hands-on Technical Expertise:

•              Actively contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews in Angular, Go, MongoDB.

•              Work closely with developers to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize code quality.

•              Ensure API integrations, database queries, and front-end performance are optimized.

 

Stakeholder & Process Management:

•              Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

•              Define and enforce best practices for SaaS product releases.

•              Communicate release plans, impact, and timelines to key stakeholders.

 

Monitoring & Post-Release Improvements:

•              Track release performance using monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.).

•              Implement post-release testing and quick rollback mechanisms if needed.

•              Gather user feedback and work on continuous product improvements.

Technical Expertise:

•              Strong coding experience in Angular (frontend), Go (backend), and MongoDB (database).

•              Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and private cloud environments.

•              Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

 

Product & Release Management:

•              Experience in end-to-end SaaS product release cycles.

•              Deep understanding of version control, feature flags, and rollback strategies.

•              Strong grasp of DevOps practices, automation, and monitoring tools
