Qualifications: Engineering degree (EEE/ECE/Automotive Electronics) with in min 10+ years of Experience at Automotive suppliers, OEMs or other Hi tech industry.

Skills:

Background in Supplier Quality, Product Development.

Experience within the field of automotive industry – Supplier Quality management, New Product Development.

Expertise/Basic Knowledge on: – (Desirable)

  • PCBA assembly process
  • Electronics Module assembly process
  • Certification in IPC standards (Added advantage)
  • Rectifiers, Chargers, Industrial Computers, LCD Screens, UPS, OV-UV models, PLC.

Key Responsibilities of the role involve: –

  • Conduct supplier evaluations within the supplier selection process.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality standards for the Sourcing and Project cooperation according to company’s Quality Process and Requirements.
  • Lead the entire industrialization process (APQP) from company’s side to assure product and process quality and quantity of supplied parts.
  • Should have strong communication skill to interact with Cross functional team.
