Sr Technical Lead – Backend Developer

Skills:

The Technical Lead will oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering quality frameworks that solve business problems. Key responsibilities include:

● Creating benchmark code and reference projects to benefit other teams

● Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members

● Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables

● Translating high-level designs into low-level implementations

● Ensuring code quality, test coverage, and adherence to best practices

 

Technical Requirements

● Expert proficiency in Core Java, Java Microservices, and Spring Boot

● Extensive experience with Hibernate or other ORM technologies

● Strong skills in designing RESTful services (both producer and consumer types)

● Mastery of unit testing and code quality tools

● Proficiency in working with AWS cloud services

● Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases

● Familiarity with Agile development processes (Scrum)

 

Leadership and Project Management Skills

● Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

● Strong project management skills, including resource allocation and timeline management

● Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly

● Strategic thinking to align technical solutions with product strategy and customer needs
