Here’s what you’ll focus on:

• Design, build, deploy, and operate cloud-native, microservice-based solutions end-to-end.
• Guide technical decisions and contribute to architecture for complex systems.
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes (quality, reliability, sustainability,) and reduced technical debt and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement, challenge the status quo, and shape long-term technical strategy.
• Lead effectively through uncertainty and complex organizational or technical change.
• Mentor and support colleagues; share knowledge broadly.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams, consumers, and other stakeholders.
• Apply strong business awareness to technical decision-making.

Qualification & Experience.

• 8+ years professional experience as a Back-End Software Engineer .
• Experience with writing production code in Java 11+ .
• Extensive hands-on experience in AWS experience (e.g. Lambda, EC2/ECS, SNS/SQS, IAM, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch and API Gateway (with REST APIs)) .
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, microservices.
• Previous experience working in DevOps teams, as a way of working, with full lifecycle responsibility .
• Very comfortable working with Agile ways of working (Scrum/SAFe or similar) .
• Extensive hands-on experience ssswith Junit, Test-driven development.
• Extensive understanding CI/CD in production, GIT, and certificate lifecycle management.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field .
• Fluent English (spoken and written) .
