Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline preferred, with some practical sales and marketing experience

Skills:
  • Develop new business via project market intelligence gathering, prospecting and building new consultant / contractor / end user relationships.
  • Ensure Fireye is prequalified with major customers in the PPOG segment and develop customer relationships.
  • Working with local offices of international OEM’s and identifying opportunities within various contract scopes relevant to Fireye products
  • Distribute information to Fireye international RSM’s and follow up of projects
  • Identifying ‘package’ vendors who may be awarded sub-contracts with scope inclusive of Fireye products.
  • Maintain direct customer contact within the territory including all Distributors, OEM’s, contractors, and OEM representatives.
  • Provide local sales and technical support to the OEMs in the territory, assess their needs and provide strategies to improve market share with them.
  • Complete annual sales objectives,
  • Timely preparation of call reports and completion of other tasks as they arise.
  • Establish an Annual Business Plan with each Distributor and OEM. Conduct a yearly performance appraisal & review.
  • Conduct formal and informal Product Training for all local customers as necessary.
  • Implement new product introductions and promotions.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and image during all business relations.
  • Report product problems and deficiencies to the Fireye management and engineering teams.
  • Suggest new product ideas and existing product modifications with significant volume potential.
  • Maintain customer files on sales history and up-to-date address and contact list.
  • Provide product application support as needed.
