Associate Director, HRT

• • Collaborate with HRT colleagues globally and deliver the HR technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Manage HRT team members in India. Provide leadership and guidance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR technology services.
  • Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems.
  • Partner with HR leaders, Digital/IT teams, and external vendors to identify opportunities to improve HR technology solutions and processes.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Collaborate with other Digital/IT teams to ensure HR systems are integrated with other business systems as needed.
  • Manage HR technology budgets and timelines for India.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance of HRT Governance and Release Management processes.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 5 years of experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing resources in a dotted-line, matrix relationship.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale HR technology projects.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in generating reports and data analysis to assist with decision-making and planning.
  •  Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.
