Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

At G&S Consulting, we are committed to upholding transparency, integrity, and ethical business practices across all of our engagements. Whether you are a client, candidate, or collaborator, we want to ensure you are protected against any form of misrepresentation or unethical conduct. This page outlines our official stance on employment commitments, monetary requests, and how to report any suspicious behavior.

  • Compensation packages
  • Employment types or modalities (remote, hybrid, etc.)

All official communication must come directly from authorized client representatives.

No Payment-for-Job Schemes

We never request money, gifts, or favors in exchange for:

  • Job offers
  • Interviews or referrals
  • Resume consideration or selection

Such actions are strictly against our company policy. Any such instance should be considered fraudulent.

Zero-Tolerance for Unethical Practices

We strictly prohibit:

  • Fake job offers or guarantees
  • Requests for money, gifts, or favors
  • Promises about client-specific policies (e.g. salary, remote work, benefits)

Any such attempt is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

G&S Employees Are Not Authorized To:

  • Negotiate salary, role expectations, or working conditions on behalf of our clients
  • Offer or guarantee employment
  • Demand or request any form of compensation in return for jobs or interviews

Only designated client-side representatives can make final decisions and share official documents.
