Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge and experience in AWS.
• Experience working in a support team (Production or Route to live/Quality Environments)
• Team member able to contribute in support ROTA
• Should demonstrate ability to track and close open items (problem/incidents)
• Ability to drive the work – identify gaps and initiate remediation.
• Enthusiastic and driven with good communication. Should be able to hold discussions with Technical SME’s.
• Should have very strong OS based application support
• Collaborate with colleagues within the team, cross-functional teams, vendors, and infrastructure to resolve/escalate incidents/problems.
Good understanding of Monitoring and Observability systems
Experience in AWS for application engineering tasks, cloud services and tools thereof. Should have exposure developing automation scripts for process and service improvements Very good communication and writing skills with strong analytical/problem solving skills Publish knowledge articles for any new issues identified
Keep up to date with technology and system knowledge to improve resolution times Identify the need for training and able to coach peers and team members on latest changes in application.
Ownership of issues and keep stakeholders informed of the progress
Generate daily/weekly/periodic reports relevant to services supported improve the services/ systems or products by recommending new automation tools and technologies wherever possible.
