Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1 & L2 production/application support
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues & ensure high availability
• Perform incident management & root cause analysis (RCA)
• Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Execute SQL queries for data analysis & validation
• Develop/maintain Shell scripts for automation
• Analyze logs and debug issues in Linux environments
• Manage tickets and SLAs using tools like ServiceNow/Jira
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux/Unix
• Good knowledge of SQL (joins, queries, troubleshooting)
• Experience in Shell Scripting
• Background in Application/Production Support
• Experience in L1/L2 support roles
