Skills Required:
5+ years (Junior) / 8+ years (Senior) in Application Support roles
• Hands-on experience with:
o Trintech (Cadency/Reconciliation modules) or similar GL tools
• Strong knowledge of:
o Windows Server environments
o IIS
o Active Directory (basic troubleshooting)
• Proficiency in:
o Microsoft SQL Server (queries, performance tuning)
• Scripting experience in:
o PowerShell (mandatory)
o Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with:
o Job schedulers / batch processes
o System monitoring tools
• Solid understanding of:
o ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)

o GL systems or accounting workflows
