Here’s what you’ll focus on:
• Play a crucial role in forming WirelessCars first own DevOps team in India.
• Coach the team towards self-organization, cross-functional collaboration and strong ownership to secure a delivery with high quality.
• Strengthen team motivation, well-being and high performance, both in remote and hybrid setups.
• Lead agile and Safed practices, and promote a strong DevOps mindset to enhance flow, structure, and delivery quality.
• Optimize planning by visualizing team capacity, proactively removing blockers, and shielding the team when necessary.
• Contribute actively to the Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings, Scrum of Scrums and Scrum Master Community of Practice, to promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Drive all agile ceremonies for the team and have a close collaboration with the team’s Line Manager and PO.

Qualification & Experience
• Proven track-record of building high-performing teams.
• Great Leadership & Facilitation skills.
• Academic degree within Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant experience.
• Scrum Master certification or similar education.
• 5+ years of professional experience within Software Development domain and minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience of DevOps, Agile and safe methodologies
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English, in both speech and writing
Beneficial experience:
• Automotive domain knowledge.
• Experienced in navigating and collaborating within international environments.
• Proven ability to thrive in flat organizational structures with minimal hierarchy.
• Background in working for global companies with diverse teams and cultures.
Way of working
The work location for this role is in in our office in central Bangalore, India. At WirelessCar we believe in a hybrid work setup, with possibilities to work both form home and from the office.
