▪ Take responsibility in customer processes (CSR, satisfaction, complaints, self assessments, visit, etc)
▪ Represent quality in projects and programs
▪ Train new quality team members
▪ Participate and pick up quality role in operations and assembly/kitting
▪ Advise and guide the team in the incoming inspection process (IP, PPAP master samples, WH management, repair and rework, special audits)
▪ Manage laboratory and measurement equipment
▪ Participate in the supplier assurance and development process (audits, certificates, evaluation and assessment, complaints)
▪ Participate in the change management process (APQP, deviations)
▪ Take ownership of the PPAP process and portal
▪ Share responsibility in keeping the FMS updated through the defined processes
▪ Support the internal audit process and manage assigned actions
▪ Represent quality and support implementing the quality processes at the start-up of a new branch
