Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, while leading a successful lead gen team & sales team and being accountable for both company and teams targets.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients & attending necessary events.
Collaborating with the product development team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Tracking and analysing sales performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Must have established connections and the ability to convert them into business opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
9+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT product engineering industry.
Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Knowledge of the IT industry and technology trends
Familiarity with product engineering processes and methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Proficient in utilizing various lead generation tools with strong expertise in LinkedIn.
