▪ Analyse Request For Quotation (RFQ) from the customer
▪ Manage Customer’s RFQ’s through SalesForce (creation, follow-up, offering, reporting)
▪ Revise customer purchase orders & implement in ERP system (with support from Customer Service Coordinator)
▪ First point of contact to the customer and liaison with other departments
▪ Detect opportunities to increase turnover with OEM Customer (services and/or parts)
▪ Implementation & follow-up of new projects
▪ Revise & negotiate customer contracts (support from dedicated departments & Sales Manager) & responsible for communication and distribution within the global organization
▪ Monitor & Safeguard Margin (with support from other departments & Sales Manager)
