- Excellent English communication skills- The ability to communicate effectively is a core skill required to be a successful recruiter.
- Quick Learner- Ability to quickly learn to use and understand the tools and, processes that ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Recruitment experience in any of the skills either IT hiring / Engineering / NoN-IT hiring / Embedded.
- Good knowledge of, and the curiosity to learn about technology, Organizations and the diverse Industries in today’s rapidly changing business world.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Must have a can-do attitude and positive outlook even in pressure situations
